OverviewNancy Creek Capital is a private mezzanine debt and equity investment firm. We are a strategic partner to commercial banks in meeting bank customers’ needs for growth, recapitalization and acquisition capital. We also support private equity groups and management teams in buyout transactions and recapitalizations. Based in Atlanta, Nancy Creek Capital was formed in 2005 to provide subordinated debt and equity to small to middle market companies based in the Southeast. Our initial $38 million Fund I was fully invested in 13 portfolio investments. We are now investing capital from our $100 million Fund II, which had an initial close in 2009 with an expected final close in early 2011. We provide funding to companies primarily for growth, acquisition and recapitalization needs. We typically invest $1 million to $5 million per transaction and can lead syndications of up to $10 million. Both Fund I and Fund II are managed by The Branch-Shelton Company, LLC, whose principals have over 150 years of combined experience in private equity investing, investment banking, commercial banking, finance and company management. We are focused on building lasting, value-added relationships with commercial bankers and with the companies in which we invest.
