Nancy Creek Capital invests across industry sectors. Our general criteria for investments include:

Investment Size

  • $1 million to $5 million
  • Up to $10 million with co-investors


General

  • Experienced, qualified management teams
  • Established record of profitable operations
  • Ownership and/or management with significant capital at risk


Corporate Opportunities

  • Manufacturing, distribution, services, healthcare, technology
  • Growth, acquisition and recapitalization needs
  • Profitable companies with at least $1 million in EBITDA
  • No “turnarounds” without new management and comprehensive plan
  • No “startup” situations, other than spin-offs that otherwise meet the above criteria
