Nancy Creek Capital is a private mezzanine and equity investment firm. We are a strategic partner to commercial banks in meeting bank customers’ needs for growth, recapitalization and acquisition capital. We also support private equity groups and management teams in buyout transactions and recapitalizations.

Based in Atlanta, we focus primarily on investments in the Southeast region.

Nancy Creek Capital was formed in 2005 with $40 million of capital to be a provider of subordinated debt and equity for small to middle market companies and real estate projects.

Nancy Creek Capital provides funding to companies primarily for growth, acquisition and recapitalization needs. Real estate investments are made across all commercial and residential classifications for acquisition and development. Nancy Creek typically invests $1 million to $5 million per transaction and can lead syndications of up to $20 million.

The Fund is managed by The Branch-Shelton Company, LLC, whose principals are focused on building lasting, value-adding relationships with commercial bankers and with the companies in which we invest.
